why dose my character portrait keep showing up with a ! mark instead of the picture?

because it hasn't been rendered on the forums yet - you've only made 3 posts, umm give it a week and it should turn up .. not sure when it gets done

Mweh, someone has broken the rendering machine again. Those "You need to post for it to show up" and "it takes x time for it to be rendered" are just random myths... You are stuck with that picture untill the rendering machine is fixed, nothing else.

Oh yeh, something is wrong with the rendering machine atm, because my portrait is wrong.
My right portrait is the one in my forum signature. Yes my new portrait are almost indentical to my old one, but you see that my new portrait is from a new angle, so it's different.
So CCP, i'm waiting on get my right portrait, because i paid to get it changed. And i have waited many weeks already.

Yeah, it looks alot better anyways from the new angle instead of the face right forward to you, like my portrait is now.
And no, it's not $20 now, it's $10 .

nothing wrong with nightmares reasoning ... 
I've not doe it myself though I have paid to move a character to another account for training purposes - and will move it back afterwards - this is probably worse

eh i've been waiting 3 months on one of my characters - it is still not showing up :(
