Everyone petitions even when it doesnt deserve to be a petition. GM's need to be strict to keep EVE in balance. They don't need to proof us anything. They decide, live with it. We all got screwed at least once by a GM. Tell us where (region) and what you lost and someone might even be able to verify the steal.
