I'm a small time manufacture in empire. and im looking to put up a pos in empire to do ME
and PE for bpos. But the problem is i dont have the isk on my own to do it. i was just woundering if ebank dos loans and if they do who do i talk to.

Ricdic is who you talk to. Also be aware he is on Aussie TZ, so dont think he isnt around, just because he isnt online during your peak hours.

My current alliance i.e. Galactic research has the cheapest research prices, if I recall correctly it's only 1/3 from what the Zzz is charging. You might want to contact Hedex for more details. Just apply with your corp and he'll accept it.

You are correct you do have cheaper prices than C-R-A. However your bosss didn't feel like writing his own research advertisement so he copy pasted mine (the skills part), plus has nowhere near as many towers online as I do 
Good pricing though.

I don't think having less towers deployed is a bad thing. So long as he has enough towers to meet capacity, the number of towers he has deployed really doesn't matter. Zzz has more towers, but also many more members... if he gets enough members to warrant putting up more towers, it's probably reasonable to think he will.
And it's a really nice price. I think I'll try it out and see \o/
