That's what some sorry sap is crying into his corp chat even as i type this. First of all this is an alt and second of all I am soooo very proud of our fellow eve playing friends that make this game sooo easy for the rest of us.
So here's what went down...
Earlier today my alliance mates and I decided to shoot down a neutral pos because it had a chimera hanging out inside that looked desperately in need of a pilot. Our inital prayrs were that the owners of the small pos forgot to put stront in the tower. But who needs capitals and bs's to shoot down the pos when you have a keres.
at around 1/4 shields I stared approaching the tower and bumping off the pos force field... I thought what a boring game mechanic and started typing random passwords into my ship...
On the third attempt SUCCESS!
I sat there flat amazed as my Keres cleared the forcefield and i looked at our prize. Cries rang out in Vent as ppl asked Who the Hell is inside the pos???!!
I keyed up on vent and calmly told my mate to set the pos force field pass to ------ and come on inside.
Bull****.
I was like a little kid on steroids, jumpin up and down at my computer keying up in vent, all kinds of ppl were talking and crying out OMG OMG EPIC! as one of our rokh pilots entered the pos, ejected from his ship, boarded teh chimera, scooped his bs, and jumped out. Shortly there after teh pos entered reinforced and the fleet left.
So I simply have this to say. To the former owner of the chimera (fully fitted drones and all) Thankyou for leaving it for us. In a pos with no active guns, webs or scrams. And a pos forcefield password, same as your pos name.
You know who you are and I love you for it.

please, I have to know!!!! What was the password? (not like I know who or where you are)
this is awsome....tell me somebody in you fleet got FRAPS or PICS?

IF i read the original post correctly the password was the POS tower name. Thats like someone named 'MIKE' using MIKE as a password. Nice... tears of laughter running down my face.

having read te post i'd like to know how the new carrier pilot scooped his bs i was under the impresion they couldn't due to the the size of an assembled bs.

Really nice Fleet op !
People setting a POS without enought protection and "giving" us such targets & gifts (Chimera for ex  ) DESSERVE to be stolen  
That is the minimum you had to do ;)

Man you gotta love eve. If that guy would have came on the forums and explained how he lost his carriar he would have been boo'd off, and the flame would have hit the fan.

i once did somthing like that.. cept i cynoed in a dread and blew it to **** and instead of guessing the password there was no password..
