I didn't mean that! It was just a simple reply to another poster.
Of course, Ka-Tet have their PvPers. There is just no point for all of us putting our control towers in those systems at the same time...

Watch this and learn history: Missions RA Way II
1. Notice "millions" of shuttles at the POS.
2. Notice "impossible" lag (and compare it to nowadays). Dunno, what CCP did, but it was possible to fight at least somehow back in those old days with large number of people in the system. Yes, lag was there, but it certainly was under one minute  and at least you could see somebody.
