Those are the ships which realy need some help
- Maller and Omen need some serious help ( more cpu/grid for both of em )and the Augoror...well, its a flying cap injector...perhaps for new cruiser pilots which want to help their Abaddon buddies?
- Prophecy is a bit uninspired, but not realy worse than the Ferox/Cyclone. I think all of em need some kind of small boost.
- Zealot is a relativly good ship and i enjoy flying it but it needs a small dronebay for at least 5 small drones or a 5. turret ( + grid, cpu and cap for it, the dronebay is prolly easier to balance )
- Apocalypse, the ship is currently best used as fleetsniper or with obscure neut setups which is a bit weak imo.
- Pilgrim, its e-war is probably the worst and it needs to get close which is, together with its low dps and weak tank, suboptimal.

My vote, however, is 3. They're "average" - good at some things, and truly stupendously horrible at others. (Of course, all lists of this nature are ridiculously biased and stupid, but I thought I'd offer one of many corrections to yours).

I'd say 3. Apoc needs a role change, beams cost too much to fit, and the recons need a NOS range bonus (maybe split 50/50 range/amount). Other than that I find Amarr to be pretty slick, and look the best by far. I took out my Curse, flew it around for a bit, then took out my Rapier...my gawd you never realize how much looks count when you follow it up with something Minmatar.

List guy . . .a little negative bias but you are right to break things down.
Amarr has great:
HAC: Sac is one of the best atm. SO versatile and great damage beyond web range (unlike vaga).
BS: 2 good battleships for sure. Raven may be best atm in that it excells at PvP and ratting/missions. Gallente have 3 good battleships in that if you have ever seen what a nos/neut post trinity DOmi can do you will not doubt all 3 gallente BS are great.
So Amarr is very competitive in BS area if arguably number 2 or 3.
Cruisers: Maller and Arbi are good. Frigates: yah they work fine
Interceptor: I think Malediction/crusader are 2 of the best at the moment.
COmmand: Damnation = damn good.
Recon: ok feeling a bit gimped here but a curse in gang is still the thing I fear the most when flying my mini huggin character. Pilgrim: there;s a reson they are cheap now lol.
Carrier: Archon is great.
BC: Harbinger is good; prophecy is . . meh. But I would take a drake or a even a post Trin Myrm over these.
Biggest issue is cap use of course and fitting on some ships.
A little cap love on the laser boats and some sort of oomph to the pilgrim are still called for.
Call me crazy but the game feels relatively balanced for me atm. I do think Caldari have the "total win" overall atm only because in each category I find a particularly appealing ship.
BS - Raven - (supra) BC- Drake - arguably the best BC? Recon - ECM anyone? works great Command - maybe not dishing out a ton of damage but boy can they take hits. etc.
ANd frankly even though they feel overall the best, I am just not into calling for any nerfs . . .hate whining lol.

Pilgrim is an excellent hauler. It blockades better than blockade runner. I hope CCP move pilgrim to a class of its own

some people forgot interceptors :)... crusader can kill claw easy (yes it depends on pilot and setup) and malidiction is the new crow imho, and as to the comments on the pilgrim i think it needs the same range bonus's as the curse because ships like the rapier, falcon and arazu still have long web/scram/jamming range HOWEVER the pilgrim is still a good ship
as to amarr i give em 3 - there average just like every other race, they have some good ships and some bad 1s, some need boosting (pilgrim) some dont - JUST liek every other race, and all of this is personal preference and thus some ppl that fly certain ships are "biased" as it were...
well thats my 2 cents
