Can I have an oppinion on this set up. It will be to keep a high sec research pos opperational during war. (Not that this is the case atm but i need to know what modules to stock up in case of war.)

The objective would be to fend off possible attackers untill alliance help would help the tower duking it out. Should I loose the White Noise Generation Battery and add 2 extra sensor dampners?

If they have enough people to take out this tower (I'm guessing medium?) in a reasonable amount of time (lol, tons of HP) they are going to incap your guns very rapidly. With that number of people it's fairly unlikely that your guns will all decide to focus one target and kill it.

Can you plz tel me what to change about the setup to keep it last the longest possible amount of time then? The 5 labs are mandatorry.

Do you have shield hardeners ? If not then add at least 2 of them (1 for both '0' resitances) and other than that .. dunno - train your alt up to be POS gunner (hoping that you would be online in right time), drop in enough strontsium that you could inform your alliance and organize defence operation for time when pos comes out of reinforced.
But the best defence would be to unanchor labs and drag em to station if corporation who declares war really seems to be capable of hurting your pos. Now even if they would decide to go for the tower + full grid of armaments then well .. guess more power to them as you must have done something to really **** em off ;)

As someone who has attacked hi sec pos's I'll give my advice for what it's worth.
Forget the ewar batteries. Forget the cruise missile battery (no damage mod). Anchor enough hardeners to completely use up the tower fittings with the labs offline. If tower comes under attack and someone is online you can offline the labs and online the already anchored hardeners. So for fittings when you're not under attack, keep your 5 labs online, online as many hardeners as you can to bring up the weak resists, and then just fit as many small weapon batteries as you can.
Theory behind this setup is that it's a real pain to take down a tower. The regen on the shields is fairly decent. The hardeners focus on reinforcing the tower's strong point (too hard to take down for most people to bother) while not sacrificing fittings for things which serve little purpose in a real attack that poses a threat to the tower. A tower in hi sec that is attacked for the purposes of bringing it down will involve 20+ battleships. They will easily be able to spider tank DPS from unmanned guns. The ewar batteries will be spread so thin they might as well not be there and the BS will be so close dampening them won't matter. The small guns are there to discourage one or two people sitting with lasers and sentry drones taking your shield HP down afk.

faction tower + 5 hardeners + tons of sensor damps (like 20) + some small / med autocannons and a warp scrambling rig is what I run.
You would be silly to keep the labs operational in the middle of the war though. Thats what 500 mil that you are putting on the line just with the labs alone? I would take them down (even if it means loosing a week worth of research), though that of course is up to you.
With labs running it is hard to get the most important aspect of high sec POS going: crapton of hardeners. With faction tower HP + 5 hardeners, taking down your POS with just a few BS's (your regular high sec "mercenary" corp) will be a PITA and not worth the time and money spent on ammo (especially if your labs are nowhere in sight). If you dont have the back up of your alliance + your warts are determined enough or ****ed off enough, no POS will hold.
P.S. when you put up your POS you may get the 50% POS shield bug (and you most likely will). Petition to get it fixed. With the time it takes for GMs to get back to you, you do not want to put it off untill you get war deced.

If you do get wardeced and your shields aren't at 100% due to bug, get an osprey and recharge them to full before the next downtime.
It only takes about 3 hours (from 75%) with a skilled pilot, 2 large reppers and another ship feeding the osprey cap.

1) skill to control the Guns! 2) Hardner and as many Guns you can control and maybe some spare ones
without the skill, the POS Gunnery is near useless when they come in a group of 10 BS
3) skill for Logistic ships (you and your corp mates) that you can refresh the shields as fast as possible (and you need logistic ships for that)

As already said: 1. Offlined hardeners. Offline the labs and online the hardeners when attacked. 2. Two scrams. 3. Some small guns. 4. Lots of mid guns  5. Train the POS gunner skill 6. No missiles, jammers or damps
