Seriously this is a big issue over the past three weeks there has been more an more mission runners of Caldari Space coming into one system to do missions. The reason is becuase someone thought it was good to place the other high quality agent in low sec. Initially Motsu was having troubles at 170 people but now it is over 250 strong and lagging worse (yes I said it) than Jita.
Also even though missions are sent out of motsu all that does is just make the surrounding systems laggy as well (ie Saila). Either way something needs to be done. If you are running a mission you can't wait 30sec for modules to activate esspecially when CCP doesn't reimburse anything lost due to their lag. My corp wants to move to low sec and stop being care bears but we can't do it without the finances thus this will be a continuous struggle for all players like us.
The agent in low sec needs to be moved or you need to make another agent
Congradulations on breaking records with clients and winning awards but now you have to work on the lag so you can support them.

Motsu has been and always will be an issue as regards over-population. Any small amount of research however will reveal at least two other equally high level Caldari faction agents in high sec. The fact that long standing players still insist on using Motsu rather than those other agents is to do more with the deficiency or laziness of those players rather than CCP.
If you are bothered about the lag, find an alternative. That's why they're there.

lol I think our definition of quality is a little different. You have the motsu 18 agent then the low sec 17 agent then and agent two jumps from motsu (still laggy) 12 agent. So I have to look for an agent below 12 bc eve can't handle it. I know that is my option right now or I could try and do something by posting in the forums, thus here is my issue.

Kakukainen Kittavas and Ailen Saakuka are the two agents I was thinking of. I won't tell you where they are because you should have to do a little research yourself. They are both Caldari, both high sec, both kill mission agents and both exactly the same quality as the agent in Motsu.
Don't attempt to patronise me until you have done your research.

OK obviously I thought you were reffering to the navy and I wasn't patronizing you. I know the option of changing corporations is available to me. Heck I could get a q 19 agent if I do that. The whole point is that I don't feel I should have to do a 100 missions just to get back to doing what I should be capable of now.
I know that this was brought on by the ccp push to low-sec but the irony is that you need money to go into low sec and you can't make money unless you are in low sec.
Thus I am posting this a issue because I shouldn't have to train for another corp and lose the loyalty points just because of improper planning.

Swtching corps shouldn't take 100 missions, you will have built up faction standing so if you have been running missions for any length of time you should have a head start, plus there are skill training and group mission running options to speed things up. If all the decent agents were Navy ones then what would be the point in the other corps at all?
And I forgot Eratsaka Ogyonin before as well. Q18 is the best you will do btw in high sec for Caldari, the rest are not kill agents.

I understand your point of view however I just disagree with it. The fact that I even have to do that is pathetic in my opinion. I think that because they put the other high quality agent in low (right with the lvl5) it wastes that agent. I mean who honestly is going to go down there and risk losing their ship for a lower quality agent than the one at motsu. My other point is that if the corporation is larger than I think it needs more agents. I'm not saying add more 18 agents. There are only 3 agents btw 18 and 12. I think there should be more esspecially since the 17 is pretty much a waste.

I know that if I were given the option to migrate my LP to another mission corp, I'd do it in a heartbeat to get away from Caldari Navy agents...
