No, usually when something like that happens you contact the LEADERSHIP and ask for an explanation, if they give you back the isk and apologise then you don't shoot them and create a conflict where there was none to start with. Otherwise you would have someone join goon, shoot RA and have it turn into a bloodbath in minutes. You wouldn't ever need to fight anyone you'd just get them to fight each other. How an alliance deals with other alliances will have far far more bearing on their success as an alliance than their ability to pew pew everything in sight because it looked at them funny. If you want that I'd advise you not to ever try and claim space.

As far as the future is concerned with the larger members, id say that RAGOON will proly go for an easy and fragmented target like the drone area or maybe a target without a lot of outside support like TRI. I seriously doubt they will have the nerve to go after the MM/RAZOR nap in the north as that power block will be able to match RAGOONS blob. In the past MM/RAZOR had help from the dronie boys to remove FATAL/MPIRE/COW from branch. So they may decide that now is as good a time as any to show the RAGOONS that the north is still part of EVE and not part of RAGOONS in space before the larger power blocks that could oppose RAGOONS are split into smaller easily intimidated pieces as is happening in the drone area right now. I doubt many of us will want to make any major moves until BOB has been fully dealt with although the opening moves have been made by RAGOON and it looks like they are moves towards the north, should branch be concerned?. I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it!

Standard GOON "BOB alt/enemy counter when a point has been made goons cannot counter. Id bet you then id post with my main for proof but we all know what goons think about honoring debts considering what all this trouble is about.
