This is an official list of the currently confirmed candidates for the final ballot for the CSM 7/2012 elections. These candidates have filed applications that have been approved and reached the "100 likes" milestone on the initial post in their campaign thread.

Kelduum Revaan (Paul Cammish)
Sollana (Peter Harridence)
Two step (Joshua Goldshlag)
If you're running and haven't yet filed an application, please do so! If you've received an e-mail confirming your acceptance and have a campaign post with 100 likes and aren't included above, please just mail me by replying to the acceptance e-mail.
All candidates who filed applications prior to 11:45 UTC on Friday, Feb 10th have had replies to their application with confirmation/rejection messages. If you haven't received yours, please check your spam/junk folders.

He surpassed the 100 likes a while ago, IIRC.
In order to be added to a list an applicant must first apply for the CSM and be approved. At that point the "100 likes" comes in.
If an applicant has reached 100 likes and isn't on the list; chances are they haven't put in their application.
