Pipex have just started their limiting of this, as always this is not every customer though, which is really annoying as they have been great to this point, as I upgraded my package I was stuck until July but as a compromise we have said March unless they can fix it but that will be too long without games.
Should it happen to you this is the email you want to send in, I am looking at www.Madasafish.com if anyone has feedback on them it would be awesome.

For diagnostic purposes, it will be very helpful for you to run a traceroute to the server you are experiencing difficulty with (see "Traceroute Instructions" below if you don't know how to do this).
Paste traceroute results here (see "Paste results" below, if you don't know how to do this);

TRACEROUTE INSTRUCTIONS
WINDOWS -
Traceroute can be accessed at a DOS or command prompt. An Internet connection must already be established.
1. In a Windows 2000 or XP environment, click on Start > Run. Type "cmd" into the dialog box, then click OK. For older versions of Windows, click on "Start" > "Programs "> "DOS Prompt" (Win 98) or "Command Prompt" (Win NT).
2. In the resulting command line window, type "tracert" followed by the IP Address from Question Two
3. Press Enter.
MAC OS X -
1. Double-click the Hard Drive icon > Applications folder > Utilities folder > Network Utility program.
2. Select the Traceroute tab and enter the IP Address from Question Two
3. Press Enter.
