Ironically my best drop ever was mining Omber in the "Downing the Slavers" mission (after finishing all the rats, but not handing in the mission), in Highsec no less. A faction rat decided to visit me....

I could be wrong here, but I'm pretty sure that noone ever saw an Officer spawn in Tribute (although u can find them in surrounding regions).
Looks like Estamel doesn't like Morsus Mihi

I ma pretty sure that Officer spawns cannot be found while missioning.

Two Domination spawns have been had by a reliable source in a system close to Bei, both within a week. Each dropped a medium tower BPO worth 150mil. Sweet!!!
