I have a DI-624 D-Link Wireless Router. I keep getting cannot display page messages when I try to access a secure part of the site. It also keeps telling me the server is down. Anyone know how to get around this?

you may need to make sure that you are allowing through port 443 which is the port that https uses.

I have a LINKSYS Router and it is not the problem. I got home today from vacation and updated the game. prior to the patch server showed as up. after the patch server showed as down. I bypassed the router: no Luck. I pinged the site NO Luck. I reinstalled the game. NO LUCK.

You wouldn't have happened to have done this at downtime or similar by any chance? And there was a reboot...
(just guessing here...)

Same problem here. I tried evrything that tech support told me to do and I've tried everything else I can think to do. Still see "sever down".

FOR THOSE with LINKSYS Routers here is the fix: enter the linksys control panel page at 192.168.1.1. If you never been here no login but password is admin.
select advanced/fowarding/ in fowarding customized application enter eve. enter 26000 in ext port both colums. enter computer IP which is usually 192.168.1.100 and enable. if you have more than one computer repeat on the next linedown. Hope that helps.
Now I got a bunch of stuff to fix that the Linksys Tech support over in that saffron country had me do that disabledoutlook and NAV.
IF this did not do it for the3 linksys ppl that can not connect after the patch call linksys.
Regards

Also before you do anything else, check that you have the newest firmware in your router. Check the supliers webpages for firmware upgrades.
I had problems with my 3com router/firewall and they went away after a firmware upgrade. Not a problem since.
