I have the skill to lvl 3 now and have noticed a range increase with rockets of roughly 1k (from the original 4.5) it dosn't show any changes in the attributes though.

the reverse of that is if you have a MWD, you can align for warp,and the second your MWD deactivates, you will be so far above your current max speed that you will instantly jump into warp.

i never found powergrid to be a problem with the stabber or a rupture when equiping miner IIs, its the CPU for both ships that your going to either need high electronics or modules to compensate for.

Personally i'm flying a rupture and concider BBs a very small threat, although maybe its because i have 3 heavies strapped on as well and am equiped to either destroy or outrun missiles

my best advice would be to set up your radar to put a red flash for anyone who has a negative sec status, if you see them warp in, warp out before they can lock on. As you warp away show info on their character, and then decide if you want to risk...

If you read C4s info thread, you will notice they don't care if there members are pirates/anti pirates, good or evil. but they will fight anybody that is in the way of them claiming an area of 0.0 space.
