Terraform Gallente Synthetic Frontiers Sex Panthers	Posted - 2008.01.18 13:12:00 - [1] Before the drone-boost patch and Trinity, i flew a vexor in my younger pilot-days. Since then i've been flying mostly AFs and inties. Yesterday i fitted out a vexor, and it might just be me who is delusional, but it looks to me like it's SO much better than it was in the "old" days. The drones hit amazingly hard, the cap lasts longer, and the tank has turned so much better. I'm not sure what has caused this, i'm thinking a mixture of nos-nerf, and drone-balancing. Tell me your opinion on the matter, has the vexor gotten even better? ...or is it just me?

Cpt Branko The Bloody Red	Posted - 2008.01.18 14:16:00 - [6] When you stop flying a ship, and then after a longer while step back into it again, you typically end up being amazed with its performance. You don't notice the gradual performance increases if you're flying the ship while you're training skills (as boosting one skill from three to four, from four to five isn't all that drastic of a change), but the drastic performance increase from a ship with skills in threes and skills in fives can be shocking. Zanon Xiu Dogs 0f War	Posted - 2008.01.18 14:31:00 - [7] he is probably talking about the time when vexors gained 1 drone per lvl and dps to med hybrids. back in the day it was possible to have 15 drones out if you had drones maxed, cruisers maxed and drone interfacing maxed. However there were no tech 2 drones. This cause serious server issues and drones were very buggy back then. so then they took drone interfaceing and at max lvl 5 drones did the dps of 10. the vexor got the 50% increase of dps instead of extra drones. (now only the guardian vexor is the only ship that gets a+1 drone per cruiser lvl good luck getting on ehehe) since drone dps was boosted it was like having 20 drones in your bay while in reality you had 10 and can only use 5 at a time.

Nowadays, with skills, the omen still sucks, but i quit lossing them because of cross training. A laser fited thorax does more damage than an omen !
