I'm surprised you haven't gotten more responses (even in this limited amount of time) - one would think high skill point players would be in greater demand.
You may want to think about joining InQuest Ascension, as we seem to have a similiar 'have' list to your 'desire' list.
- We're friendly, chatty and span the gap from university students to parents to business owners
- We're medium sized (50 currently), with a noticeable bias to the European continent in terms of play time
- Our goal in life is small gang and fast moving PvP
- We're currently serving as privateers on the BoB-allied side of the current war... giving us operations in low-sec and 0.0, and targets in various regions throughout Eve
- Our pilots range from frigate experts to those that want to hot drop their caps into the fray
- We used to be part of RISE - and despite how the alliance was perceived by Goons and despite its destruction - I think it defined class act. Keeping our word, being straight-forward and being fiercely loyal is still a part of who we are.

A little about us - IQ-A was founded originally as an offshoot from a group of explorers with the intention to be involved in alliance politics and warfare. It's always been our intention to fight in a smarter way, rather than just blobbing up - As such, we focus on tech2, recon and 'sneaky' work. In our tenure we've been part of Vertigo Coalition and then RISE (where many of our members had leading rolls in fleet command, diplomacy and other duties). With the fall of RISE we remain firmly pro-BoB (should that matter), but are currently operating as privateers (proper privateers, not the empire griefing alliance). Our operations currently center in Aridia, but we have feelers out for a possible deployment behind enemy lines in 0.0
