I just saw a heavy interdictor with its bubble up in lowsec 
I though that only the focused script was allowed in lowsec - did i get something wrong ?

It's a graphics bug which happens sometimes when the focused script is used. Rest assured, it works as it should.

There's also this really cool new forum feature in the top right... it's been dubbed the "search box" and it's used for topics like this that have been discussed through and through
