Vegeta left m0o to reform TLBC by request of some old TLBC members, me especially. This because we old TLBC:ers remained friends after the corp disbanded and kept in touch.
At the moment this ain't very interesting though. Veg seldom plays, and I only rarely see Paddy or Tib online anymore. The ones who have joined TLBC so far to my knowledge are Tyrenical, Roland Darkmoon and Dash Riprock - all original LBC pirates from the days before what I call the "inflation" (read: heavy recruitment and allying with m0o (later m00, even later Carebears On Weed, lastly c0w) and Sinister to counter the FA incursions into FD-MLJ).
Me and my corpmates will prolly join him soon too, all of us old LBC members as well. Don't expect too much though. Most of us are very inactive at best. Piracy is just too hard these days, it's always all of nothing. It's nigh to impossible to keep people from escaping you in 0.0 space, and people tend to only stay and fight when they are in 4 to 1 numbers. Believe me, I once had two FA battleships hiding from me awaiting reinforcements... when two others arrived one of them challenged me to a "one on one duel" 
It will still be nice to fly under the -LBC- ticker though. I've missed those days... EVE was much more fun back then

Wheither or not Moo is the same force that they once were, you cannot say that they dont have guts and do not enjoy the high risk combat. I don't see anyone else anywhere but safespots when the CA guard rolls through. What they lack in economic and industrial power they make up in hardened combat veterans. We respect moo as much as we want thier heads. Evol however is another story.

The same happens with nearly all corps in the end. People grow bored, go off to try differant careers in Eve or just leave Eve.
However a small percentage of corps will endure, because they have become a brand name within Eve. This apllies to m0o and will ensure a constant influx of new wannabies to keep the corp afloat, long after the old gaurd have left.

By joining the corp called c0w you ended where? In a m0o copycat corp? You really shoudn't be using the word wannabies because you are in a corp full with it.
