When you pay a div late it doesn't give you license to start paying all other divs equally late.
Unless you state you're going to be changing your payment schedule of course.
But honestly, it seems a few people with IPO's no longer even play the game... they just log in to pay divs once every month. I'd personally be very scared if I owned any FIN/FIN-U stocks... considering what is likely happening with FRPB and considering how close the two of them are/were.

There have been no public statements indicating otherwise and if memory serves there is a board of directors of sorts that hold the assets so it should still be fully secured.

Yes, FIN is a secured investment in the financial meaning of the word. It is secured by 100% of all the Isk that was ever invested plus about another 100 Bill Isk of my own personal assets that I put in at the time.
Regarding FIN-U, I am working on a report at the moment and once I have had some private feedback on it from people ingame whose opinions I value I will post it. The exact wording and decisions for the future are the primary issues, but I will give a gist of it in a temporary post this evening.

I am not sure what has happened with Ionia as I have not spoken to him on IM (or in fact seen him on any IM) for many months now.
I do know that he was having some personal problems of a medical nature for the last two months that I spoke to him, but more than that I will not say. It is possible that the "hit by a bus" scenario is in place with FRPB, but I can not be sure until I manage to get hold of Ionia.
Whatever has happened, I hope to see Ionia back ingame one day regardless of how FRBP turns out.
