You, all of you, shall be given the rank of President within your particular spheres. I shall retain my role as the Chief Executive Officer."
"But our corporate name?" asked the Doctor.
Jakuna smiled. "In honour of our Ancestors, those Britons who were uncorrupted by slavery and worked for the common good of all, we will become British. The British Space Corporation."

Ok replace c.r.a.c.k.i.n.g. with bloomin soopa.
Mate the recruitment process takes a few days, if you look at the inetrview process it is only a death by forum whilst the happy chappies in BSC hit you with, 'Hiya lets get to know you' questions.
But I guess if your heart isn't in it then you are best flying with a different bunch.........But seriously you are missing a great bunch of blokes even when sober.... I think I remember that far back....
