this is only to be used in a gang but proves to be extreamly effective.
high: 4x heavy diminishing power system drain 1 1x named siege launcher
med: ballistic defflection field t2 explosion dampening field t2 heat dissipation field t2 photon scattering field t2 phased muon snesor dissruptor fleetion propulshion inhibitor warp dissruptor t2 multi spectural jammer
low: 4x shield power relay t2
rigs: 3x deffence field purger
note: this set up counts heavily on high engineering skills ... especialy relating to shield performance. also it can be useful to attach a power relay on the spair high slot to aid your gang.

dude, your fitting?!
why did you fit nos if you dont have anything using that cap you are draining? why only 1 jammer on a ECM-boat? 1 launcher wont kill anything.

I think that's why it's supposed to be run only in a gang.

ok a few problems with that set up
the nos don't do anything unless you're able to totally empty your own cap
you're a battleship NOT a tackler you don't even have an after burner on there to get you within range and/or keep range.
your tank isn't strong enough to hold up against any kind of fire (cept maybe a frig) you're in a scorp so you'll pretty much always be popped first anyway unless there are better targets (read T2 ecm ships) but afterthey popped you're popped next.
you don't have enough ecm on your ship and the damp web and scram are pretty much useless.
you don't have any of the ecm boosting moduals in your low slots so the 1 ecm you have isnt nearly as good as it could be.
you'd probably be better off if you were in your pod than in that ship
you're basically set up to soak the first few seconds of dps why bother when if you had a pod it'd take longer for you to be locked than it would to blow up the scorp

I'm afraid your fit is just plain awful.
Scorps aren't very good at energy warfare, because they have poor cap,
However if you're really set on it:
4x heavy nos, 2x heavy neuts.
2x sensor booster, 2x warp disruptor, 3x ECM. 1x ECM burst.
DCU, 3x signal distortion amplifiers
3x resists rigs. (or extenders, or whatever).
T2 or named where you can.
But ...
use an apoc for cap warfare, and let the scorp do the jamming. At long range. Like it has bonuses for. -- Crane needs more grid 249km locking? |

Thats just horrid : (
it feels like you took a bunch of random modules and slapped them on there.
please dont do that

4x Heavy Neut, 2x Medium Nos
2x Invuln II, 2x LSE II, 4x ECM
3x SDA II, DCU II
3x Field Extenders
Can jam and will kill a targets cap really quickly. Will also get blown up but its a Scorpion and Scorpions always explode.
And yes, the OP's fit is absolutely horrid.
