I am getting the same thing. Never had this problem before until i upgraded my PC.
My old configuration was:
AMD FX-55
2GB Corsair RAM
Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe motherboard
BFG 8800 GT OC2
Win XP Sp2
Upgraded to:
Core 2 Duo E6850
4GB OCZ RAM
Asus P5N32-E SLI plus motherboard
BFG 8800 GT OC2
Win XP Sp2
And now i am plagued with this issue. It's definitely not the video card, as it hasn't changed between the configurations.
Also, as someone noted, it tends to happens when you pan the camera
The error message in the event viewer is:

Any news on updates for this?
I bought the 8800GT so i could play the PREMIUM graphics WITH AA and all the eye candy. Instead, i am back to Classic client. WTF CCP? Wanna refund my money maybe? Or at least say you are working on the fix

To my fellow sufferers: in my case, i noticed the blue.dll crash happening only when 4x AA is turned on (as partially indicated by another poster before me). It works without crashing on other AA settings. 2x AA is what i am running now without any crashes for several days, but the graphics quality still leaves much to be desired. And unfortunately 8x AA is too much for my comp to handle with 2 clients running at the same time.
This is a temp workaround for those with the same issue as me, and i am really hoping that this workaround would not stop CCP from FIXING THE ACTUAL PROBLEM! Please continue to bump this thread until CCP gets their head of out their ... wherever they stuck it.
