good luck getting 3b let alone 4.5b buyout for a 12m sp chara hes only worth 2b to 2.5b tops

I do believe that being that he is less then 15 days away from a marauder, and 15 days from a HAC should be taken into consideration. He can fly all the exhumer class ships. As well as do PVP with the best of them. For the winner, I will throw in a free fully fitted (mods included) abaddon.
I will make the opening bid 2.0 billion.

Sorry to barge into your auction like this but above poster is absolutely right.
Granted he will be able to fly a Marauder (in like 3-4 months), but he will be utterly useless in it due to low gunnery skills and lackluster support skills..and trust me, he is not able to duke it out with even the second best out there.
You might get some interest due to him being able to fly a hulk but that is all, tbh i would advertise that as his strong point as well as a cover ops scout!

I wont give any isk value as i know that characters are always and never worth more then someone is willing to pay for them....but seriously good luck in getting 3b.

In response to the above - I do know that the above are needed for marauders. The weapon upgrade is 1 day away from lvl 5. The bs is 6 days away from lvl 5.

you mean 6 days from bs level "4" and its "advanced" weapon upgrades V not weapon upgrades V.
unless of course your api verified, last updated today skills are wrong. your not anywhere close to a marauder.
