My service is unique and unrivaled because of it's low price! I think my customers will appreciate it. The low price is based on my own low costs for fulfilling the courier contracts. With higher costs I had to raise my service prices to a level not competitive anymore. Who would like to buy a delivery service for a lot of money for an item which was extremely expensive anyway making it even more expensive? Do you see a market in high cost Titan BPO shipping or any company doing it? I think, no! That says it all!
care to run that by me again? how does this even begin to answer the question?
Originally by: Armoured C if ships can be found there why cant you can be found there
I can't be found because I'm only at the safe spot for a few seconds to jettison or to empty the container. Perhaps the container could be scanned down by someone. But: He won't warp to the spot because I will make use of the very artful trick of Lukadski's Jet Can Masking (s. my updated opening post for details)
if i saw a random can with moldy trit written on it, i'd sure be interested in seeing what was inside.
And as to your response to my question, scams are in no way petitionable. and a gm would not give us back our bpo if you nicked it or got it blown up.

There are really a few interesting things to this post...
1) I think lukadski is for real, I honestly think that he thinks people will trust him with a titan BPO
2) If he isnt for real, no one will get a chance to prove that he is for real because there is no way anyone with a titan BPO would be stupid enough to givei t to him.
3) It is a particular dilemma... Which could go multiple ways. Say someone actually has 65 bil of dispensable isk, he buys the BPO, and has lukadski move the BPO, just right here there are 3 possible outcomes... a. He actually makes it from point A to point B without getting killed. He actually has potential for a business... lol b. He attempts to go from point A to point B and he gets popped. Although, this one has 2 potentioal outcomes. i. He gets popped by a friend or his main, and beforehand, he jets the BPO and gets away with it. the business is ruined, but its not outrightly stolen. ii. He actually gets popped being legit and looses the BPO, business ruined. c. He has no intention of moving anything, although he would never be able to do anything with the BPO because I'm guessing there are ethical people out there who wouldn't pay him **** for the BPO hopefully even if it remained on the market for a mere 5 bil... but thats just ethics that I'm sure people would break just as he would be breaking the contract for the run in the first place.
I'm leaning towards C or B part i...
I would like to say that although its an interesting idea, it will neverh appen because it is too risky. even the smartest and richest people know that it takes years to accumulate 65 bil...
Just my little analytical post on what I am thinking,

how is there no risk?
you are asking people to entrust you with a 60 Bil bpo with no collateral? what's stopping you from just taking off with it?

I guess I forgot to mention the possibility, mentioned by another person, that he is just d1cking around and is really bored trying to play it off as the absolutely clueless new player who doesn't realize how the game works.
I hope he thinks he is legit though because that makes it all a lot funnier.

Although I have characters able to build said ship sadly I have not the bpo:(
However in the spirit of this fine thread I would like to propose an offer of say 50 million ( A hefty sum to someone new to the game I might add) and perhaps some fine spirits to have a gang invitation from Lukadski during his transport mission of said bpo to offer any assistance he may need during this operation. Of course some prior knowledge of pick up and delivery locations and times would be needed to ensure efficient assistance.
I can see where the demand for this service may indeed cause him a great backlog and in the interest of helping a new business venture I make this offer!

I feel that it's only fair to point out that when Lukadski states that there is no risk of scam, he's being entirely truthful. After all, "risk" implies that there is some measurable probability for each outcome occuring, whereas I firmly believe that if Lukadski gets a customer, the outcome will be 100% predictable.
My favorite part:
Originally by: "Lukadski" - Leave the field "collateral" empty (default 0.0, we don't need that for our deal)
No, I take that back. Actually, this is my favorite:
Originally by: "Lukadski" - If the area behind the gate is camped I'll probably get podded but without the Titan BPO. Back in the cloning facility I'll buy a new shuttle, fly to my last safe spot to recover the Titan BPO and think about what I can do.
I'd also like to offer a suggestion for a new service you could offer:
Quote: (****) Lukadski's Super-Safe Escorted Shipping Some potential customers are fearful that my patented Ludadski's Jet Can Masking method might fail, perhaps due to the sometimes untrusting and inquisitive nature of those evil pirate types! Therefore I now introduce Lukadski's Super-Safe Escorted Shipping: Lukadski plus up to five alts piloting TITANS will ensure your Titan BPO arrives safely at it's destination! Of course, my alts don't have the training or money to fly real Titans, but I'll rename their shuttles to "Lukadski2's Avatar" or "Lukadski4's Erebus"! Obviously, the pirates -- fearing an imminant Doomsday activation -- will warp out as quickly as possible, without confirming that my alt's ships are actual Titans!!!
Of course, with such added safety comes added cost. The base cost remains as low as ever at a mere 10 Mil ISK, but I must add an additional 5 Mil ISK for each additional Titan escort you wish me to supply.

You know the talent/singing competition shows, where they first introduce quite obviously a little bit simple guy, who's got the ego and the self-confidence for the world to share...
...and then turns out to be the crappiest and horrid performance ever. I thought I'm saving myself from these by playing Eve, but I guess I was wrong.
The original post isn't really worth replying in any way, other than stating it's a classic. Lukadski just redefined "n00b". A touching and noble business idea, though... just like dark brown toilet paper for those who can't stand seeing their poo. (Yes, *I* made that up. Just now... where's the rope?)

Excellent service! Lukadski could not have done a better job in performing his service.
I recently contacted him to transport 11 Titan BPOs and 13 Mothership BPOs. He only requested a payment of 5 million isk for the total job.
He was so fast and efficient that he was able to deliver my BPOs to the destination BEFORE I even contacted him!
How did he know?!?!?!?!
Ask him about his super-duper-double-dog-insanely-fast-totally-secure delivery option!

As I said I would support you with your petition. In the - of course impossible - case that I would steal your Titan BPO a GM can contact me asking "Did you scam smenkhare?". The answer would be "Yes." If he asks then: "Would you be so kind to give the Titan BPO back to smenkhare?" Answer: "Yes, of course!"
Originally by: Armoured C still not awnsered how you would repay the lost BPO in event most probably going to happen that you loose the item
Sorry, I was probably unclear with my explanation. What I wanted to say is: Your question is wrong because it has no relation to my service. What you seem to be interested in is the service of an insurance company which is not my business. I am specialized in Titan BPO logistics.
Originally by: triman247 ...I'm leaning towards C or B part i...
But those are exactly the points believing that my service could be a scam! You can't be serious after all I have explained and promised!!!

You want to pay money to me although you'll have a lot of work with your assistance??? I'd like to decline this offer because ... well ... something is strange with it! (And I MUST decline in my customers' interest because they trust ME and not any third party they don't know anything about!) Sorry!
Originally by: Becq Starforged ...Lukadski's Super-Safe Escorted Shipping...
In fact this is a great idea which has a good chance to work very well! But moving all those alts is a lot of additional work leading to an unnecessary explosion of my shipping costs.
Originally by: JijiTheMonkey Can u fly a covert ops?
No, I have something like 900k skill point. But with the first millions earned with this service I might think about buying an industrial ship skillbook to be able to fly larger batches of Titan BPOs.

While I really appreciate the friendly intention of both statements I need to say that both deals did not happen! If I would confirm this and the truth would come to light this would be a bad hit for my credibility which is my biggest and most indispensable asset!

To prove that Lukadski's Jet Can Masking works very well as a means to secure the Titan BPO transport I did a test in the Hellhole of Rancer!!! Please check out my updated opening post! I think this will convince the last sceptics!
I also want to come back to the proposed method of Super-Safe Escorted Shipping. I tested in Rancer with a Shuttle masked as an Erebus how this possible shipping option could work:
Obviously pirates are afraid but not afraid enough
As you can see I survived (even with autopilot flight without warp-to-zero) due to the pirates' fear of my (Pseudo-)Titan but it seems that my masquerade was discovered in the last seconds and someone shot down my shields to less than 50% before I jumped . I think this method is not as perfect as Lukadski's Jet Can Masking and I will stay away of it in my customers' interest.

I still fail to see how you can say that a GM will reimburse you stealing someone's BPO because it is a scam. The GMs are VERY clear in stating that the only scams that can be reimbursed are those that involve Character Buying and Isk-for-GTC trading. These are the only scams that the victim can get his money back.
Back in the day, with the old Escrow system, you can label a Raven and a Navy Raven, and some poor sucker would pay the 1 billion isk for it, and you made a cool 900 mil.
If someone were dumb enough to actually trust you, its the same thing. Even if you admitted to scamming him, the GM would not be able to take any action at all.
But one last point. You do realize that (as pointed out previously) there are only a handful of these BPOs out there. Thats because of the massive expense. Now, who are these people that own these BPOs? They are typically members of a massive power-block alliance, or the alliance themselves hold and paid for the BPO. My point being that NO ONE that has the capital to purchase one of the most expensive items in this game is going to be even close to stupid enough to hand it over to the likes of you with absolutely no collateral.
Your attempt at such a scam is original, and your defense is quite strong (though all the little happy and laughing faces don't help), but you're targeting nothing but veterans with billions of billions of isk on hand. Try again. Maybe a new alt offering to ship T2 BPCs and the like might be better. Theres plenty of ignorant noob inventors out there.
