I think this just goes to show that news isn't an exact science and that there's always more than one side to events that happen. We work hard to try and produce a balanced viewpoint in news articles and we have a staged editorial process to help with this.
However, as with most news, a perfect level of balance isn't something that you can achieve readily, especially in such a politically complex landscape such as EVE. We're not dealing with print here though - we have a process by which we can go back and edit stories with new information and extra points of view as we receive them. Indeed, almost all online news providers (BBC, AP, Reuters...) do this and this is a very big reason why we have an email address that you contact us on.
If you feel that information is missing from an article or that another point of view would be of value, the best thing to do is to email us; threads on the forums aren't something we use to provide or evaluate balance for obvious reasons.
Finally, a correction that I seem to be making a lot at the moment; the Interstellar Correspondents are players who volunteer as part of ISD to write news for the game. We are not employed or paid by CCP.
I hope that clears a few things up!
