I have lost more ships to concord then I have to war targets trying to get used to this empire stuff..lol A few of us still head out to the depths when targets are slim. As far as the poster above talking about 19 wars, You are sorta correct. At the end of each week we have an over lapping period where the previous weeks dec's are expiring and the new ones are kicking in. BC Hastings and The Hooch have mastered the dec'ing process to allow us the most targets at any given time. The nerf has been felt, but it hasnt kept us down. Between our own contributions and the growing number of contracts, we are starting the new year pretty well i think.

It may appear at first glance that there may have been some kind of a resurgence and a few of the older names have returned, but they're inactive and are simply sitting in the alliance as a form of retirement while they're playing other games. They may or may not return to Eve. There is absolutely no need at all for CCP to revisit the Privateer nerf and check to see if there's anymore they can do. Thunk

Though the fights arent always fair (going both ways), we both keep bringing it. It is good fun. And if you try to locat them, go from Amarr -> Perimiter -> Rens and back. I bet you find some docked and if you go past that route often enough, they will be waiting. Deccing privs has proven to be good fun! Arrive. Raise Hell. Leave.
Sslinger Privateers Privateer Alliance	Posted - 2008.02.04 17:41:00 - [76] Try Kaap, Rens, Agil and Jita....the routes in between for the roving gang. Mostly Kaap. Im in Pacific time zone so play mostly around 7-9pm. If you guys need a gang then 7pm pacific will hit several of us at that time. We mostly fly faction fitted Ibis but I saved up and got a Caracal yesterday...I think The Hooch breaks out a typhoon on Mondays (he's kind of a show off) Hope that helps

I put down my time zone for a few reasons, but certainly not to suggest I am better then anyone else or the like. I have had real life work keep me out of the fights for a couple weeks and am ready to get back in the saddle. I figure that at least your crew will show up if not 1/2 a dozen other alliance we are at war with. Hopefully we can get a little pew pew going. I got so burned out on those Rackateers dock-aholic tactics a few weeks bck and will gladly throw ships at you guys to spice things back up.

I mean - the fact that they got a nerf specifically for them is epic enough. Add in the fact that on the whole they're a pretty good PvP group and it's really hard to disrespect them. Try to pay some attention. Not all players wish to do capital stuff or 100+ v 100+. Privateers always had everything from the most noobish member to for sure one of the top 10 pvpers in the game. Who cares tbh? It's a lose alliance living up to it's name. I have respect for privateers for fighting straight up, no not all and not always. But majority in this alliance got more balls than most people in eve. Eve now adays is too much about "how can I make sure to win this fight". Wheres the fncking fun??? I'll give you one example of what I enjoy, I love to run into situations randomly were I don't know what I am up against. And when I hit the fan I shake it. I lose alot and sometimes I win. But damn I love a crazy heavy fight even when I die. Last friday we engaged 14 with 4, only goal was killing the navy mega, we all died but goal accomplished. I am probably one of the easiest people to bait in eve. I could post hundreds of these situations, but that would just make me look like one of the forum whoring fools.. However I believe it's time to pay some respect to the Privateers. Anyone disagreeing please declare war on us, I promise I fight any of you or any of your gang any day in any form. Me parrot eat stabs for breakfast
