That's because Bounty Hunting is a feature that maybe a couple hundred EVE players will take part in, if any. It would require a rework of several core game systems (crimewatch, bounties, locators, standings, GCC) to implement and is not a 'sucking chest wound'.
Everyone 'gets' that you're hot on doing bounties, probably fresh off the SWtoR BH campaign and incredibly disappointed that it didn't live up to your Boba Fett fantasies, but the truth is that there isn't a huge pressing demand for that feature in EVE right now while there are dozens upon dozens of other existing features that touch thousands of players daily that could use the developer attention. |
