Why don't you actually grow a pair and force an engagement? If you'd have attacked the cyno jammer (easily possible with close to 300 in gang) you would have had an epic fight.
So overall:
- badly planned/executed invasion - FAIL
- badly thought through excuse "training op" - FAIL
- sitting at the station for 4 hours - FAIL
- not having the stones to attack the cyno jammer - FAIL
- resorting to smacking on eve-o, because you cannot match any alliance in the game - WIN!
