no others rank from my experience.
Myself and a few others fought the CA for months. We never really had many problems killing most of the corps out there. The only one that had skills to put up a great fight was B.O.S.
We had about an even kill ratio with them. That together with thier skills as fighters made for some very fun nights in curse. Great bunch of guys.
Too bad at the time we were on two different sides of a war. I would have liked to have worked with them.
The B.O.S. members we fought have my highest respect. Even the ones that are no longer with B.O.S.
SNIGG is now officially open for business. We are a merc corp looking for contracts.

It's kinda funny how OC gets flak for using frigates.
So OC plays the game as it's ment to be played. And oddly Ive seen more and more frigs, cruisers used by the enemy latelly so they/we must be doing something right.
Am I smelling "sour grapes" here? 
Oh well. regardinig the original question I have no idea whatsoever even though I like the sheer bloodthirst of RUS. A few weeks ago I made a 35 jump journey in a friggin blackbird. 25 of those jumps in enemy space. I saw some 4 or 5 enemy battleships but the ONLY time I was attacked was when I entered a RUS blockade. (And yes we are both in CA)
