i think i know what your talking about, sometimes its this way sometimes its the other way around where it shows it empty if your far away but up close it changes to full, very weird, and to the op you dont need to shout and rant, just pop into one of the help chat channels and see if you can figure out what happened by asking in there

Mechanics: In high sec, if you are allowed to shoot a ship with no interference from CONCORD, the ship will be flashing red in your overview. 'Nuff said! The rest is all speculation and trying to help you understand possible reasons why he wasn't flashy red. It doesn't matter why, they're just trying to help. The point was, he wasn't flashy red, so you will get CONCORDed. If he was flashy red and you still got CONCORDed, then petition it, as you shouldn't have been.
No more complaining about how the other person can do something you can't. It's impartial computer code that applies to everyone. You just need to learn how it works. If you continue to play this game, you need to drill into your head that unless the other person is flashy red, you can't shoot them in high sec without consequences.

Hence, there are only TWO possible explanations.
1. You made a mistake and it's not how you think it is
or
2. You were the victim of a bug.
Since you are unwilling to accept version #1 MIGHT be a possibility at all, we are forced to conclude the only remaining option, namely #2.
So, freaking BUG-REPORT it already, so no others will fall victim to the same bug in the future (when it's fixed) and PETITION it to get your CONCORD-vaporized belongings back.
What the hell more do you hope for ?

When you say the wreck turned empty. Were you sitting next to it and saw the wreck being emptied or did you go closer to the wreck and saw the empty wreck?
Or, did you see the color change on the overview from white to light grey? This doesn't always mean that the wreck has been emptied (small bug). Only sure way to know is to move up and check the wreck.
Oh, and just to be sure: he wasn't in your fleet/gang was he?

sometimes they are full white because they haven't been checked.
he salvaged your wreck and it was empty.
If someone else takes form your can you CAN SHOOT THEM.
if you can't something is wrong and you should petition.

Noob you are. I shoot down about 80 pirates ship and in all of them was some lot...(wreck cargo).Sometimes after the salvaging the wreck you got nothing but the same time the wrec disapears..

I didn't wrote about can's...
I know that. But it's very iritating when you lose a destroyer when you steal from someones wreck and he destroys you. And the next day someone start plundering your wrecks and you cant do nothing about it and eventualy after attacking him get pwnd by concord.......
How would you feel if someone come to your can took out all the res and you couldnt attack him ... that would feel nice ??

you didn't happen to be in a gang with this other person by any chance did you?
gang members, regardless of corp, are allowed to take loot from wrecks owned by other gang members. but gang members are not allowed to attack each other.
you can see if you are in a gang/fleet with someone by the purple icon in the overview.

I can say with 100% certainty that this is simply a case of 'Noob knows jack' and that Karpacz screwed up. There is no point in trying to further explain his mistake to him because it is obvious that he lives in his own private fantasy world where he cannot make a mistake. And Karpacz, you screwed up. You can either suck it up, deal with it, and move on. Or you can check out this game as it is probably more your speed.

i started doing caldari missions 2 weeks ago and ill be darned if 3/4 of the cans are empty. makes me wonder why theyeven bother dropping empty cans. with salvaging taking quite bit longer to do i end up just blowing up the cans/wrecks

possible explanation:
op is in noob corp and rats in a belt with others of his noobcorp (not in gang). wrecks which belong other noobcorp members always are white like your own wrecks. op stole from them, because he didnt recognize to whom the wrecks belong and got killed by wreck owner.
this works the other way around too: op confused wrecks of npc-corpmates with his own wrecks. op thinks someone steals from his wrecks and attacks the thief -> concord pwns op
either way, with your attitude i suggest you should go back to wow.

I had a wreck get bugged over the weekend that might explain this. It was white to me on the overview, but the corp tag was empty. No one else was around, but it wouldn't let me tractor it, claiming I was not the owner. Even the resulting can had no corp tag. Its possible he could be seeing wrecks that are dropping the flag that assigns ownership to him.

More i play more -minuses i see. You play for months you got used to some things. I see them in a fresh view..
so few examples.
1. Minimaized overview is not updating after warp jump. ( undock from station minimize the ove.. jums to some asteroid field, maximize over.. how many asteroids you got listed ?.
2. To powerfull warp dist.. jamers. Try to counter mesure that in small ship . Put 2/3 warp core stabi.. in low slots... happy aiming...

Yes, EVE has flaws. A lot.
Yes, EVE has bugs. A few keep cropping back up, some never get fixed, must are just annoying though.
If you can't be arsed to follow proper channels first, and keep on nitpicking, while not showing any interest in anything else, I don't think there's anything more we could hope to do for you.
