I need some clarification if this is a concordable action, I am getting conflicting information about this in game.
I have just started running missions with friends, and we are in different corps...when we are ganged, are we able to remote repair eachothers armor? I have been told, that if we do, we would initiate criminal aggression and will be subjected to Concord.
It really does not seem logical if this is true, but I have seen stranger things. So if someone has some experience in this matter and can give me some confidence in the matter, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

you can repair without worry of concord, but if they have agressed someone you will gain agro to by repping them, or if they are at war you will get agro there too.

That's a lie.
And just take care you don't accidentally repair a rat.

If you shoot someone who is NOT in the same player-corp as you, you will be flagged as a Global Criminal, and CONCORD tends to pay Global Criminals a surprise visit. If you repair, or otherwise benefit a rat, you will be flagged Global Criminal. If you aid a Global Criminal, you get flagged as Global Criminal.
Members of the same player-corp can shoot, stab, burn, kill and repair each other all day long without CONCORD intervention.
NOTE: Alliance members are NOT members of your corp. Shoot them at your own peril.

Today while criminally flagged in low sec, i attempted to remote rep one of my shot-up drones, and got a message about aiding a criminal... would i get a sec hit for repairing my drones? Would repairing them after battle re-set my criminal flag? They're MY drones, ffs!

Aiding a global criminal makes you a global criminal too. Because you were flagged with the GCC, your drones were flagged too and so aiding them would have been a criminal act. I'm not sure on this, but I would expect it to have reset your 15 minutes countdown as you would have re-broken the law.
This is also why remote-repping fleetmates is not always safe. If they do something stupid and get CONCORDed, they will get a GCC and thus you will also be CONCORDed unless you can disable the remote rep in time.
