Ok, so it may have been done already, but what the hell, who are the richest people in EVE -- like the Sunday Times Rich List, lets get an EVE one setup.
Maybe a top 10?? Of course a screen of your wallet, if you're self proclaiming your wealth would be useful, but not absolutley necessary, and cause a bit of shock and awe as well 
I'll start you all off, I have 4 mill

I have set a personal best this week, at 15 million.
I guess that means im a failure since i've played for over 8 months now.
Or it might mean im actually very good at not getting killed, and as such dont need any isk

Yea, I'd imagine some people are starting to break 10B isk...
As for myself, I don't see any point in having that much... I rather have fun spending the isk I get than play to see who can get most isk before he quits.

If some of you reeeally poor players are wondering why there are so many individual billionaires in EVE.... you need to quickly go find a mirror.
Everytime you sell your megacyte/zydrine/morphite below average price just because you need quick cash.... you are giving it to someone who doesn't need quick cash and will make 20-25% profot off of you. It's like a license to print free money.
Some people still manage to buy low end minerals for way, way, way below current prices. Mainly due to people having these minerals in locations that make them difficult to sell. If you spent months buying Tritanium for .8 isk and Pyerite for 3 isk and mexallon for 9 isk ect ect ect, you'd be able to build some battleships eventually and make a killer profit off of them.
But then again there are countless other ways to get filthy rich in EVE. Supply and Demand baby, go figure it out and don't get burned :)

A good way of making isk is to find out where there's a big concentration of agents, put buy orders up for tech II components at, say, 50% of the sell price, then let the numbers build up.
Like p0ma says, it's not instant super-isk, but over time it builds up and you accumulate a lot.

About 40 mil and one fully equipped/insured battleship.
To behonest it doesn't matter, once you got a source for your next equipped battleship isk holds no attraction. A little fun money for shiny new toys is all ya need...
I've probably had a couple of bil slip through my grubby little fingers but meh :P

I only have 300misk cash, and 3 level 2 tempests. I do have a good 100m of mins and another 75m of mods. I could prolly just scrape 1billion together if i sold all my assets.
I made most of my money Arkanor mining in Curse, and buying up 50-100m of minerals in empire cheaply, and then keeping them for months until the price goes up again.
I know a few people pushing 10bn though
Money isnt worth it though, you soon reach the stage where you have no use for it, nothing to buy, and so long as you can replace your ship your sorted

I have a few hundred million in assets, maybe more - I never recycle anything and it all just builds up in hangars. A few months ago I also had getting on for a B in ISK too, but I've gradually whittled it away since then buying various bits and bobs, insurance, etc. These days I just tend to keep my wallet at around 100M and not worry about it. It isn't too hard to earn 40M a day and 100M is certainly doable if you're a hard worker - in which case you can earn a B in a few weeks solid work. Current wallet status is under 10M embarassingly - but then again it was at -30M the day before yesterday :-)

Not 100% correct (more like 99,9%) but yes for all intent and purpose Dats/Datsevlu is the sole owner of Techell and therefore the sole recipient of profit/loss and owner of 95% of the corp assetts, the rest of us are freelancers working under the Techell banner with different contracts.
Personal wealth 195mill + 1 tier 1, 1 tier 2 BS, all gallente cruisers, serveral frigs and indies, and about 400 mill in other assorted $hite

Well it would appear that a lot of people are now insuring fully, guess this new 12 week period is making it more possible, as 30 mill every 3 weeks, was a bit of a joke i think.
Also, I seem to have done shockingly compared to a couple of you who been playing as long as me, better get the mining lasers on and stop messin about with guns for a while
Seems like some of you are seriously rich, that point about havin too much money I can understand, must come a point when you own everything I guess, this in a way, must make the game seem more complete in some way? If you know what I mean - like reaching somesort of major milestone?

Total I have 5 Battleships (Megathron, Dominix, Appoc, (2)Scorpions) liquid cash around 100m and rare minerals worth about 125-135m, not to mention loads of rare and semi rare gear and some decent BPs. I'm by no means in the top 10, but thanks mainly to Caldari Technological Divisions and Rydia Fenn and Missa from Mass :)

I hope CCP will find a good way to implement the stocks (and even a better way to define their value by corp wallet + assets)
Then we will see some nice & interesting things (imagine stocks of small corps crashing through the roof when they receive a good BP , or stocks of a mega corp being affected by wars etc...)
being realistic we will have to wait until hell freezes over ..
My Wallet is ~ 40m actually - one BS a few cruisers and a shiny amount of tech 2 Components required for small shield booster II production. I invested cash into assets with hope to earn a nice return in the longrun.

I'm not rich, but I have what I need... 1 level 1 + 1 level 2 battleship, both 100% insured, some nice modules, and ~100M ISK. Total approx 400 mil?
Of course, I could double the isk in my wallet in a few days or less, but I want fun and not isk.

I have a measly 475 million with another 400-500 million worth in assets, mostly blueprints, some minerals and a crapload of weapons & modules to outfit a small army.
How did I get it all? By growing ISK on Caldari Prime, thats why the Caldari want the planet so much cause it has trees that grow ISK that they tried to take to thier other planets but failed.

I've destroyed about 1 billion isk in persoanl ships and gear. I have to stop losing so many damn ships.
Sitting on a dozen cruisers, one fully insured dom with 85mil in gear in it, 100mil in mins and about 140 mill in megacyte sitting on the market. Wallet has 15mil in it after buy orders. 90% of waht I have I earned solo.

don't you think you will irritate some of your corpmates or friends by admitting that you are a hoarder?
don't you think you should throw some of your wealth to lesser pilots in your corp?
but since we are measuring size.
mine is bigger than all of yours thus far, combined. I give some of my size to my corpmates, but they dont want it. plus, they are bigger.

this is an irrelivant topic, i am CEO of a mid sized corp with alot of wealth. As i am the CEO i dont have any personal funds.
So i have anywhere from 100mil to a few bil and thats just isk alone.
what about the 3-4 billion in BPO's,
what about all the BS's i have
what about the 200+ mil trit etc i have to replace ship losses (hi josh)
so what is rich?
What about having some of the loyalist corp members i could ask for. That alone makes me rich

Richest guys in EVE:
(1) Morbor.
(2) whoever the guy is that keeps putting up escrow scams of original blueprints that are actually one-run copies (yes, people fall for that)
(3) whoever the guy is that keeps palming off a renamed Omen as a battleship (yes, people fall for that too)
Look at the real world before we had any decent policing of fraud .. and it's the same in eve. The evil, unscrupulous, selfish *censored* are the richest people around, by FAR.
And, of course, they aren't going to admit it.
