Ballistic Void is a newly formed corporation based on the simple truth that the New eden cluster has far too few organizations devoted to raising the bar in terms of combat capacity on the part of individual pilots. Sure, there are large warring entities, and they're possessed of capable fleet commanders and officers, but the disparaging lack of organizations that embrace high levels of performance in all personnel has led to a great trend for the enlisted soldier to show only just enough in terms of combat performance to meet the lowest common denominator.
If you would like to work to correct this lapse and create an entity devoted to breaking from the pack, please be sure that you meet all the requirements listed below:
Interest in developing new tactics with a veteran of four years of campaigning.
Possession of a strong interest in skirmish warfare with no limitations on operational space; ability to relocate when required.
Ability to fly tech-two frigates or, secondarily, tech-two cruisers, primarily of the interceptor and recon ship classes and preferably with tech-two weapons fitted.
Willingness to constantly redefine the meaning of 'suicidal' to reflect the latest performance improvements.
Ability to commit to one's teammates and willingness to work at integrating one's skills into a smoothly functioning unit.
Interest in mastering constant adaptation to never-ending situational and tactical changes.
Possession of a thirst for knowledge, especially in terms of the sort of knowledge that gives one a battlefield advantage.
Willingness to engage forces of superior numerical weight and firepower in spacecraft sufficiently nimble to create a lethal advantage over the opposition.
Lack of attachment to convention or dependency on the 'tried and true' approach; interest in emerging strategies.
Possession of a love of dogfighting, preferably at speeds where one's sanity begins to be questioned and the adrenaline flow simply doesn't stop.
Desire to become one of the best.

A general note to all applicants: While we are fully intent on implementing NBSI-centric rules of engagement, we're not here to shoot down rookie pilots or industrial ships, as such activity isn't very useful for building combat skills. It is recommended that individuals that take issue to flying under an NBSI-based ROE not bother to apply with us, and instead look to groups such as the Caldari Independent Naval Reserve, or Cold Wing, or even the Star Fraction; it is recommended that pilots with an abiding interest in ambushing cargo carrying vessels as a source of income apply for membership with Veto, the Black Rabbits, or Naughty People. It is not in our interest to give people the wrong impression from the get-go, and as such, if you have serious doubts about the direction we plan to take, it's suggested you at least have a chat with one of our officers before applying.

A brief note out of character:
Ballistic Void is to be a roleplay corporation. This means that our members will need to maintain character anywhere where they might represent the corporation; while this rules out corporate chat, it means that staying in character in local chat is a requirement on operations. By the same token, personal comments against our opponents are generally not welcome, though if they remain in character they need merely reflect the spirit of corporate policy - in essence, your character may take pride in your abilities, but conduct unbecoming of a Ballistic Void member, especially in public, will not work to lengthen your stay on the membership roster. Those with questions on this topic should have a look over the golden rule of the internet, which is also the first rule of conduct in a certain community founded by rather prominent figures in today's gaming world. Very skilled bunch of pvpers. If you have decent skills and want to take them to the next bar, these guys can show you the way, hauler ganking is entertaining but gets boring quick.

it is very refreshing to see that some still value skill over simple armies of vast numbers. Were I not a miner I'd mayhap join but to those seeking a good corp to learn combat Dark Avatar is one of the best to learn from!!!

Of course joining a corp that you know nothing about is like walking in the dark without shoes on so get your interceptor fitted and come join us on one of our raiding parties into 0.0 you might just see a different view at 11km p/s

Ritual has it, every saturday night we meet up with several friends. At 22.00 we leave for 0.0 in interceptors/recons and nanohacs.
If you want to see what we are all about, I invite you to contact me and come along on one of these expeditions. They are a lot of fun as any participant can testify.

There are so many different corps in EVE and each im sure has a different angle on things though ive not realy seen many corps specialising in certain ship classes.
This is where Ballistic Void seems to be different.
Its Primary focus is on the Interceptor.
Forming close working teams and taking on superior numbers or fire power using proven tactics to out-wit an unsuspecting fleet.
The secondary focus is on stealth.
Covert Ops
Stealth Bombers
Recons
Black Ops
Moving into places with that big 'NO ENTRY' sign hanging on the gate. We all know where the best complexes are and picking up that officer loot from someone elses back yard kinda puts a twist on the whole exploration thingy.
So if your one of those pilots that prefers to put a bit of thought into flying instead of racking up the DPS and shootin till you blow then mail or convo one of us B-V pilots in-game that has posted here.
