It is not bad under normal conditions, considering local is well over 400. Modules take a bit to activate though.

To be fair bob doesnt seem very good over the last few days, we just come into system and do whatever we want

Yah, I know... I was being all ironic and stuff.. But it's kinda funny don't you think? The thing that BOB lambasted ASCN for most in their Sigs was this... and heh.... Guess what ... A CEO of BOB goes and does it...
