Is this the issue where the ExeFile.exe crashes with an error? Its damn annoying iv been asking around but no one knows anything. It happens on 3 different computers of mine and iv been hunting round trying to find what i might have changed.. I sincerly hope this isnt actually an eve issue cause im currently unable to play reliably at the moment.

You havent provided a single shred of information about what the "bug" might be, PERIOD.
If there was a global problem, then the community would know about it and react.
Saying that it affects 60 people is not enough.
Please enlighten us if you want us to post constructively.
What are the geographical similarities; are they all Polish? Do they all use MAC?
Without having submitted a petition with a bug report, logfile or some GM saygin "yup we know it, bohooo" then you haven't proven in any way that your problems annoying as they may be, has anything to do with:

Come on, please read what others have written in response to your posts and stop bumping, you will only be further saddened by a forum "vacation".

Ok, since you probably do mind reading another threads about it i'll say EVERYTHING about this problem once again. Will also update first post so that EVERYONE will understand it.
Eve crashes after random period of time. Depending on the hardware configuration it can be from few 2nds to hour, maybe more. The specifics are not known and it seems to be random. I've noticed that this problem tends to be on geforce fx5200/5500 graphic cards. It's not related to the place where you're playing. People around the world have it. Windows creates an error message as follows :

Some people tried to change PC's aka graphic cards etc, but it happens also with different setups or different pc's. 1 way COULD be changing wholly PC, but almost noone has spare cash for a new one.
The problem appeared after HOTFIX for trinity expansion. It fixed numerous of bugs, but unfortunately created this one. It happens in both operating systems, Windows XP and Windows Vista.
We have tried to do many things, but nothing help. This includes :
latest drivers
reinstalling all drivers
taking off probably faulty equipment like tv tuner or sound cards
updating windows
partial format (of only c partition)
repairing system
full scale format
Nothing what we done helped us. That's why we made a bunch of bugreports and technical petitions. The problem appeared instantly. Approx (i don't remember the whole date) around 1st january. It has been FIXED 2 days ago on the internal CCP servers. There's only 1 but. We NEED A PATCH FOR TQ to update it so taht we'll be able to once again normally play EVE. CCP stated that this bug was by their fault and WAS NOT issue caused by either:
faulty hardware
viruses/spybots on customers PC's
software setup
When we asked couple of GMs everyone was saying that they don't know the ETA on the next patch and that (probably) the amarr fix will not have FIX for our problem implemended. That's why there's a big chance that we'll need to wait like 2 another months to get this FIX implemended on TQ.
That's why we created this topic, so that it'll get faster the patch done. We're not able to normally play or do anything since we can crash in any moment actually Our voice will be heard in the void !

Exactly. That's why we posted this to make it faster, cause atm there's no eta on a hotfix patch that will cover all the technical bugs

What causes the crash is that the sound gets stuck in a loop, dunno why
Btw, I suspect Eve`s well-known old bug has never been fixed the properly, ye olde memorie leake.. ---

That was what most of the misgivings was about in this thread.
CCP Lingorm has responded to you in saying that you should provide them with more information and more logs, this is what you should do.
Please make sure that that is your main objective with the post, as that is what will help you, "signed" and "hell yeah" won't.
If you change the nature of this thread to not wanting to spread the information, then this thread isn't meant for information to the masses it's meant to pressure CCP into giving you what you want faster.
Believe that I'm flaming you all you want, but trust me in that I'm trying to help you get your message across.

Other GM said that they've already managed to fix this problem on their internal servers and need to patch tq, so what is the final version ? In status of my bug report there is :

Just ran a test. Formatted my pc again. Installed only motherboard chipset drivers, directx, graphic card drivers, eve, winrar and firefox. With NO SOUND. Again crashes without any reason Had to make sure. CCP, PATCH TQ !

This a rather interesting post to come up, as I experienced this exact crash multiple times in a row on several reboots and lost a pod and ship to it. I got it when a Nyx launched its fighters/drones, first indication something was wrong was when i boarded a Cerberus and everything was off line. attempts to online said i didnt have enough CPU. with nothing online. so i switched ships back and it showed my old ship, Exequrour and with launchers online .. CTD so i rebooted, came back on and jumped in cerb with everything on and started to help protect pos, nyx launched drones and CTD i warped out re logged and came back pretty close to same spot still alive, after that it started with exception errors on subsequent CTD and a final reboot I awoke in a station in my pod. that was just less than 8 people in local. I don't see how anyone could do fleet battles against that.

Thank you for this post. It was basicly my point. Since you can crash in any moment the risk of doing anything is just too high. I hoped that after making this thread more people would join that have this kind of problems, but not every 5-10 minutes, but every 1-2 hours which is far better.
Once this problem becomes the problem of some bigger minority, i hope that CCP will take the correct course of action.

This is the printscreen of the famous eror screen. When you're playing on fullscreen it turns like this, if on window mode you can still see Eve, but the error message still applies.

I managed to notice that you can crash within couple of secs while being in gallente station. There are purple flashes few times per second and then you get error message and crash. We need that hotfix

I believe even though CCP have a fix for the problem mentioned it's deployment should be postponed for at least two or three minor patches.

im having the same issue also problem is that its seem to be totaly random.. blue screen of death reading hardware failure/memory page fault
happens only in eve and at random times.

Just go back to classic content graphics. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how superior they are, and your crashing problem will simply disappear.
It's not all good news though, they did **** the classic graphics up a bit, they run slower, and you will need to set your cache to low or none to stop degradation of client performance over the course of an evening. Yes, the client will run for a whole evening on classic graphics! No CTD, no exefile.exe has stopped exeing, no BSOD.

sorry to disapoint you, but i never had premium graphic content, always running classic and it happens to me all the time. in a moment of ultimate desperation i'm downloding vista ... just bought it. and i have only athlon 3200+ geforce fx5200 128mb, 128mb ram ...

Unfortunately i can't agree with that. i never had BSOD before the damned trinity hotfix. Everything begun that day. I just installed EvE on Vista and i can state with 100% honesty : crashes will appear in both systems (xp and vista) on the pc's that have this crash. Nothing can change it.
Also talked with GM today and i got an Official response that the amarr fix that eta is not known, will also have the crash fix implemended. So we just need to wait on that. Well, that's CCP's aim, we'll see what will happen and now i'm formatting my pc again and getting rid of Vista ...
