At one point, BoB was very good at politics, as they used to have both a large empire and the grudging respect of other alliances. By your own admission, they now do not have either. BoB has been in a political failure cascade for over a year now, and this is the inevitable conclusion. (the cheating didn't help either).

It's funny Dian I have hated BoB (in character) in the game for a helluva long time I don't like goons either it's just that to be quite honest I hate marginally less than I hat BoB as an entity. You post a thread trying to take the moral high ground for BoB when you have absolutely zero rigth to do so Bob are not now and never have been on the moral high ground in this game. In regards to the comments above they are abhorent but then again maybe goons have learned a lot on character assasination from the one time masters of that BoB... in closing both of you are dirty and it would be hard to claim otherwise. Don't worry. The BoB petition machine has been in full effect for quite some time now. From ordering their members to not log in after major fights and have GM's move them out of system, to petitioning anything they can in local. I guess if you can't win with your skill you try via GM.
