So, I tend to go through the New Player Experience every time the revise it, just to see what they changed, see if there's soemthing I didn't know... but today, I noticed something.
When you've completed the AURA epic arc (with a new voice for AURA?) you get sent to five further agentswho can explain some of the other basics of the game to you. It seems you can turn down these missions, and never be reoffered them. Now, if a newbie comes along and just click things away, like I did just now, they're gonna miss that information, and their experience is diminished.
Is this the way it's meant to be? I have a hard time believing that CCP would just abandon new players like that. |

I'm sure you can revisit the the training agents whenever you want to through the help menu. Not in game atm so can't look, but i'm sure you can. |

I think the OP means that if you accidentally click Decline when offered missions by the tutorial agents, you can never have those missions re-offered and so will miss out on learning due to impatience or lack of paying attention.

It has been like this for as long as I can remember. There are a couple options for dealing with this which most new players who acre about them can get by thikning to ask in a help channel, especially rookie help.
There are 12 sets of career agents (3 per faction) so you can fly to another set and do them there. This is also not bad for building some initial faction standings.
You can also petition a GM to have the mission reset. They will generally do this for the career agents unless you clearly did actually complete the mission and are just trying to get them to reset it. |
