What's cruel about that? You didn't read the contract properly and you paid 450M for an 80M ships. I bet you'll always read contracts properly in future, right? CONCORD provide consequences, not safety; only you can do that.

Of course, you're equally free to enforce any in-game penalties you feel appropriate. If it's any comfort, losing 370M or so is pretty small beer by EvE scam standards. Corp thefts measuring in the tens of billions have been publicised. And then of course... This! I hope you feel better now. CONCORD provide consequences, not safety; only you can do that.

So are infiltrating corps and stealing their hangars, tricking people into fights by stealing their ore, suicide-ganking in Empire-space, piracy, war declarations for extortion, scanning mission runners and shooting them or stealing their loot, etc.
