CSM delegateGÇÖs job is to forcefully, clearly and reasonably articulate aspects of the game requiring CCPGÇÖs attention. I believe that CSM is here both to protect the rights of all capsuleers and to help CCP shape the game into a successful business. We must recognize that CCP runs a business and we must appreciate their right to make changes necessary to make Eve a successful business venture. I believe it is this spirit of cooperation and mutual benefit that both CSM and CCP must embrace and execute on. Recent changes in Eve were great from the player-base perspective but have been hardly the bonanza of new subscribers. These long-awaiting fixes and obvious improvements that were sometimes years overdue are the product of years of neglect. The turnaround will not be easy, nor obvious and we as CSM must be there to protect the existing player base interests. With the new focus on Eve this CSM like no other before it has the opportunity to reshape the game into both a successful business venture and an enjoyable experience for all capsuleers.
Considering the views that CCP takes in regards to the advancement of the game, I plan to concentrate my campaign on three subjects:
1.New content, more content, better content for all GÇôEve is an extraordinarily old game and the dissonance between new players and old has grown out of control. This is a key element for growth that we must as CSM, understand and shape.
2.Global, massive mechanics changes: 0.0 sov, moon rebalancing, super-cap rebalancing, fleet sizes and lag concerns.
3.Customer Support GÇô Eve needs vastly improved customer support department. Better support in all time zones and in more languages. As CSM we must show CCP why and how this is critical to their own success.

I actually told Shadoo what to do a few weeks back. He did not even protest too much :).
Titans tracking must stay as is - as it is not an issue at all. What makes them
invulnerable is the ability to receive nearly infinite armor repping WHILE owning
face with guns. 50 super-carrier logistics ships make that possible.
Our suggestion would be to remove ability of ALL super capital ships to receive
remote armor repairs. They are already invulnerable to all forms of remote attack.
This tact makes too much sense both in terms of mechanics and in terms of RP.
This would make deploying high number of titans a delicate business as one
can exchange 500 maels for a titan kill and it would bring the world into balance
without jeopardizing titan pilot's ability to have fun. |

That's what we are thinking too :).
It is an obvious solution that serves the interests of both parties the "haves" and the "have nots".
I'd hate to see titan nerfed to uselessness as it kills the goal of owning one for many people but the remote assistance should balance that out nicely as more of them will either collect dust or die when deployed.
This way someone with 50 titans would have to weigh their deployment vs the cost of having 1 killed for the objective.
No more "turkey shoots with no consequences". |

That's actually a pretty interesting suggestion, I should consider it.

I agree and would go further
1. Better content is a key so many things left unfinished - low sec needs a complete overhaul moons need to be replaced by decent content that requires skilled player interaction to gain whilst having risk involved. Unused modules and ships need to be improved or changed. No feature left behind.
2. Sov in 0.0 and low sec needs to be overhauled and made content driven requiring players to maintain the empire they build be it a pirate cartel or a 0.0 empire which can be profited in, or pillaged and taken away at the same time. Supers need to lose EW 100% immunity and just gain very high warp, electronic strength etc. Titans need to siege to gain full damage bonus meaning tracking is nerfed as is lock speed and remote repping during the seige cycle. Siege is a brilliant balancing and fight making mechanic which is now mostly nerfed even with recent changes.
3. Customer support, EVE needs to be more transparent and support needs to be more reactive. Botting needs to be prevented by all means possible. The events team needs to be expanded upon and used more to create epic storylines in game people can interact with on a regular basis, so they can 'live the EVE videos' they bought into when they signed up. |

I really liked the idea to nerf cynos so that the Titan blob cannot be moved around so easily, allow one or two Titans to jump through each cyno.
Will make Titans or rather the Titan blob to be a much stationary option in warfare i.e to siege systems or to defend them.
Should put an end to dropping 50 Titans to a fight to win. (unless they have 50 cynos) |

Wow dude I think you need to chill a little bit I can help you with that. Try taking some xanax, it will help calm your nerves, but be careful as it does have side effects and you should consult a doctor before taking any. If you can't get that or it just isn't right for you, then you can try and take long deep breaths and then reflect a little about what your doing. Also nice glass of cold water will help, sometimes people get frustrated when they are dehydrated.
Keeping good mental health as well as keeping your anger in check will go along way in your long term health. No one wants to see you get heart problems later in life. |

I hope I didn't miss these elsewhere in the thread, but I have three questions for you:
1) How do you feel about time dilation and the potential impact it has on CCP in regards to demotivating them in upgrading server hardware?
2) PLEX/GTC prices are too damn high. How will you leverage your influence on the CSM to bring down the price of game time paid with isk?
3) How should CCP reward veterans for their longevity in playing this game instead of punishing them via "end-game" nerfs?

PG can be an issue mostly because anything that isnt a/cs is a tight fit. Some more CPU or improved bonus to CPU usage for double bubble without a gimped fit would be nice too..
All dictors regardless of weapon system should be an effective destroyer (ie anti frigate) to some degree (as opposed to none unless you are in a sabre)!
I would also like to see more kinds of 'ammo' for warp probe launchers/or a new kind of probe launcher.:
-20% velocity web bubble, decloaking probes, wormhole destabilizers, delayed bomb/mine
For assault frigs.. I am still sure that sig radius was a wrong move. I was looking forward to a x2 bonus to AB boost.

Indeed. If the AF buff will be kept in place (excluding Retribution), all 4 Interdictors will have to be buffed, Sabre included. |

In case you're reading these..
I think a cool idea, which others surely have said, would be to nerf the ability to move supers, or caps in general, about. maybe make it that one cyno can only jump in a single or handful of caps, which would make instablob more difficult. or that it takes time for the supers to jump through the cyno.
impossible mode: if a cyno is lit, it takes five minutes for the supercap or capital to move through. if the cyno is killed during that time, the ships are lost in the fabric of time and space
also make titan bridging more like lighting a cyno is now, where you are trapped for a long time, even longer than a regular cyno, and make it so that the titan has to be at least 20km or something from POS shields. this would encourage subcap fleets to roam more often, especially in lowsec, where often a single bait ship will fly around to catch people and drop ships on whoever engaged from the titan. these titans are pretty much used only for bridging and as such are nigh impossible to kill
just a thought
and hell, even create a new class of ship that can light cynos for supers that has a pretty baller tank and enters a sort of triage defense mode. if it's killed, all of the caps simply disappear.
that would be intense.
and imagine if someone infiltrated an alliance and was one day used as the cynoship, then self-destructed.. |

How about for the DD cooldown you cannot receive reps? That way dropping dreads on titans would be much more effective, if the titans choose to DD some dreads they run a serious risk. |

I'm sorry but from what i've seen of your campaign and points of standing, you do not bring anything new, or better to the table that many of the other CSM candidates don't already bring, and what is more, it seems that alot of the points you are standing on, are changes to the game CCP have already announced they are working on.
The point of the CSM is to bring new changes and idea's to the game as well as feedback on the communities concerns, what I see of your campaign is you're aiming to run on a load of issues CCP are addressing, then on the hope you get in, next year you can say "I ran on these issues and they where implemented" which in my personal opinion is a dirty tactic because you'll be taking credit for work you did not do.
I have flown with you before when I was around -A- and you are a good pilot and had some fun fights, however you are not the candidate for me with your current campaign. |

That is a valid concern if they can't dock how would you repair them, however not recieving reps while the doomsday is active (cooling down) that is a genious idea, might also change the way titans are fit, if they're not able to rely on remote reps to keep them alive we might get to see the dawn of the active tanked titan, however my concern is the current strength of capital reps are not going to be enough to still make the titan a powerful ship.
10 Minutes relying solely on buffer tank after the firing of a doomsday, in a real capital fight, he wouldn't even live a 1/4 of that, maybe possibly rather than not being able to receive reps for 10 minutes after firing, maybe 2 and a half, meaning he is vulnerable for long enough for a good fleet to take him down, but not so vulnerable that any old fleet can kill him, 10 minutes is a long time to go without reps in a capital fight.

Yeah, just to clarify. I'm not questioning his potential to be great CSM member, player activity or value to -A-, you guys probably have good internal communication channels and culture. Just a bit worrying that someone completely unkown to the greater EVE community can bounce to the CSM.
