but crushing your enemies on what terms? ability to conquer a system quickly, ability to win in large fleet combat, ability to win in smaller gang combat?

You have to admit... they know how to hold there space, and know how to take space they want....
they got their space by losing everyday for around 2 months in tde, then decided to take the easy way out and win the war by dropping 35 large pos's in a single night.
they come out on top of battles because they dont fight anyone decent, and bring overwhelming numbers at the same time.

Ok, so let me get this straight, it is better to fight for months to take a system than it is to take it in on night?
Anyway, you aren't proposing an alternative. If they aren't going to be the number one contender, than who is?
no dont get me wrong, it was a smart move. but dropping 35 towers in a single night to win a system after months of losing isnt exactly tell tale sign of a solid pvp force.
my vote.: Until bob dissolve or have a major disturbance inside their alliance they will continue to be the best pvp alliance. They may not accomplish anything on space taking level due to naps on mass scale, but on a alliance vrs alliance scale they are hands down the best. Other mentions would be RA and AAA.

no im not bitter, it was a well executed plan that worked perfectly. im not crying about it im just defending what ive said, and since people keep quoting me, i keep having to defend what i said.
however more so i think its more embarrassing for you guys considering the only reason you have space is because you won it through pve and wasnt able to through pvp.
and lastly,.. no it doesnt **** me off im in fang alliance, i havent played eve in a couple months and the corp im in is the corp i always join when im not playing.

You, sir, fail at Gaming. If you wipe in SSC, know nothing of the devotion put into this game and other games by people who have been farming BT and Hyjal for months. BoB will not be stopped. Anyone other than BoB is a terrible pilot.
unfortunately no guild has ever stepped into ssc for the first time and cleared everything without a wipe, thus by default you not only fail at posting, but at gaming as well.
but keep trying though, one day with hard work, years of practice and training coupled with an unimaginable amount of determination you might.. just might not be so utterly consumed with everything that is fail.

I don't even see a power-block, I see a bunch of terrible PvPers calling themselves a PvP alliance suckling the teet of R0adkill.
i find it highly amusing that a coalition member is quoting k/d ratios to tell how good or bad an alliance is.
after all, ratio's tell nothing about pvp ability right?
