I keep hearing about these voting blocks and wouldn't really care if they were paying votes. You know, people that pay with plex are going to support things that help them pay with plex. People that buy gtc's or subscribe with money should be the only votes allowed cause they know what paying customers want better than non paying, 1 vote per paying account. |

Players who only pay for gametime are not true paying customers.
True paying customers are those who use their $$$ for gametime, then use more $$$ to get full outfit from NeX (including $70 Monocle), then use even more $$$ to buy char from Character Bazaar and finally use a lot of $$$ to buy ships for that character (via $$$ -> PLEX -> ISK -> ships)

And how exactly are you supposed to tell the difference? I pay for a couple of accounts with GTC's and to pay them I buy a GTC convert is using the in game tool and then apply the resulting Plex to the account.
How does this look any different from buying a plex off the market and applying it to the account?
In the end it doesn't matter to CCP how they get their money or who pays it as long as it ends up in their bank account.
Either way you're paying you're either paying with currency or you're paying with your time.
Besides poll taxes are so 19th century. |

The Rich buying votes is so 21'st. Thats whats going on, the richer you are ingame the more you can vote. Either one vote per verified customer or just accounts paid for cash.
Yup screwed up on the GTC idea, have to eleiminate them too. Plexs and gtc's blacklisted. |
