What does it matter, really? I thought you guys are in Delve as space removalists not killboard police. You killed a faction-fitted Nyx, it's another blow and one step forward in the "relocation" agenda. Focusing on whatever their (inconsequential) KB says doesn't really make much sense, they can say Titan's are worth 1m ISK and it still won't change what happens in space.
