Kwint Sommer Incoherent Inc Otaku Invasion	Posted - 2008.02.10 16:24:00 - [65] As far as I know Ricdic has not yet formed the corp and thus does not yet have shares to send. I'll talk to him about that. I will leave it to Ricdic to make a formal announcement but Bunnz has informed us that the system changed (not the alliance or anything else, just the literal star system) and that he will need significant time to establish his logistics to it (he will be handling all long-haul logistics in this plan). We can't start until A) all of the logistics are in place B) Bunnz has deployed all of his towers and one can only deploy 5 towers per day. The number he has given is mid-March so the operation will not begin until then. My tentative plan is to publish the full details of the venture on March 1st and start accepting ISK for it with the caveat that interest will not begin accruing until some date later in March and that they are welcome to not invest until that date though no reservations will be accepted and if it sells out before they send the ISK, it's there loss. Ricdic will be CEO of the corp and will help me craft and manage the public offering so I don't want to publish the numbers on it until he has given his blessing. That said, it will be a bond of significant length paying in excess of 10% monthly. 5% Mining & Manufacturing Implants

Warm ISKies received back to my wallet Can we have a detailed, or at least finalised, plan at the start next time? It seems that each post here was introducing a new wrinkle. I know, I should have waited for that first anyway. But the speed with which IPO/Bonds sell out here means reservations have to be made before the offer posting , especially when established names are doing the offering

Not to be splitting hairs with you or anything, I said my setup wont be finished until mid-march, and I wouldn't let you move in until I'm all settled. The logistics line is at 85% capacity already, just waiting for some final skill training to take it to 100%. But effectively, yes, you (and your potential investors) have to simply be patient and wait. ;)

I demand more for my hypothetical investors! That said, it does give me time to properly shutdown my current reactors and switch over my moons and logistics to this. I've made some arrangements and by march I should be able to meet at least half of our Platinum needs, among other things.
