I jumped through a gate and saw a Brutix named "Here Comes Da Pain." I was not impressed, especially since i was in a Bustard full of isogen in 0.4 with no stabbers...

Ravens: Target 1, Target 2, Target 3 (and so forth).
Crow: PrSstens Lilla Krska, and, PrSstens Andra Krska (scandinavians will recognize this).
Nighthawk: Who Me?
Capitals: I named them after different areas in RL (lack of imagination I guess).
Faction fitted and rigged ships: 1 promille, 2 promille and so forth (the alcohol level I need in my system before I take them out in PvP... wich only happens during drunken ops).
Kestrel: The Fridge (very very special ship and has only one purpose, maybe someone really clever might figure out why it's called that).
Raptor: Lost Patrol
Vulture: Instigator (lame but noone has stolen it yet).
Buzzard: Annoying, Impotent
Dictor: Linebacker
Drake: Bemyfriend
and lots of others...
There's only one sig that matters... and that's Radius. |

I try to name my ships after something related to the actual ship.
i.e Astarte - aphrodite
Although my alts raven is called 'Named After A Bird'

I've renamed my Drake from Reborn Love to Unyielding Hierophant... whee, fan boy.
When/if I get a battleship, I plan on naming it either Joyous Exaltation or Aegis Fate.

I've named all my dominixes T.U.R.D with a roman numeral. I got up to T.U.R.D. XXIV before I got sick of drones.
I had a few ships called 'SS Fully Insured' as a bit of a laugh when I was doing missions in low-sec
Lately I've been making up names that play on the type of ship, so Zealot is called 'Sell It', etc
Of course in fleets you name your ship to play tricks on the enemy, so if my job is to tank I'll call it 'Lindsay Fox's Vindicator' to make sure I'm primaried, or if I'm flying a Vindicator it will be 'Lindsay Fox's Enyo' to make sure I'm not :)
