The Vagabond. Every time I get one I manage to lose it on the first or second time I take it out. Interceptors, bombers, covops, battlecruiser, battleships whatever ships I get, I manage to get a load of fun and time out of them.
My cynabal has seen a lot of combat and hasn't died.
Only those darn Vagabonds. |

I'd have to go with the Viator or just blockade runners in general. The main reason is just that I've eventually gotten bored with every combat ship I've flown. I also like being able to move more stuff than you can fit in a cruiser without being slow, and being cloaky is good too.
As far as combat ships go I think I would have to go with the Merlin I blew up while trying to run an L3 mission. It was doing ok until I got webbed... I replaced it with a Hookbill, which I subsequently got bored with. I didn't have the Merlin long enough to get bored with it, as I did the usual Kestrel -> Caracal -> Drake Caldari noob progression. |

Paladin - Best AFK lvl4 mission runner. Legion - Best incursion ship. Imperial Navy Slicer - First ship I flew (on a different toon) in fleet that got a kill. I was the tackler. I still get goosebumps from the rush. |

Which ship holds that special place in your bloodthirsty or industrious mind?
Mine would be the Arbitrator. I've had a handful, and I always keep 2-3 on hand. I also have a dozen fits for everything, because it can do everything relatively well.
I have a Zephyr that I seldom undock in but it's a lovely ship to look at as you fly around. It's the only ship I have that i'm really attached to in any kind of emotional way.

Has to be the Vexor. Always the Vexor. It can do everything.
Also - the relative lack of Drake and Cane in this thread is humorous. Its like people fly them because they have to, not because they want to. ;)
So much this. Although since I switched areas to join up with a corp, I'll need to pick at least one :s

People will still turn their noses up at you in nano fleets, but a shield, nano, rail Brutix actually works. Faster than the drake, better lock range than the cane, same DPS as 720 arty cane with light drones - more with mediums. ;). It still needs an extra slot, but not bad for a T1 BC. |

I can't believe it. Absolutely no mention of the Abaddon.
Mean, mean, mean, and holy natural resists mean. Massive damage for how much tank it is, it's no wonder it's the staple of many a nullsec fleet. |

Pilgrim, nothing says owned like one of those popping out of no where and rendering you unable to shoot, move or even run your DCII. Sadly traditional belt/mission piracy where the pilgrim once excelled is largely dead.

Bestower will always have a place in my heart Remember mining with a couple of friends on our Cruisers within the first week or two of playing. We were just hauling ore with our cargo in our cruisers. Then I found the Bestower and I was amazed by its cargo. Used it for a long time untill I got my Orca.
