if i rember corectly whenever i would play a game and i couldnt beat it i do this thing called thinking. its kindof a crazy idea but it works. i would discover stratagy and good tactics to win. my point of storytime is that we need to stop nerfing/buffing the ships and modules(excluding exploits) for one its not like you can or cant use x "overpowerd or crappy" ship. every has the abilty to fly any ship out there. instead of whineing that you got you but kicked real bad by something why dont you think of how you can win next time. use skill to win...think of things. besides how cool is it when you kill x "overpowered" ship in your x "nerfbated" ship. basicly shut up learn to fly. i am sure i left lots of things out and flame away.

see i wanted to fly the eos cause it was a wtfpwnbbq ship.that was my fix to that .i wanted it for me to wtfpwnbbq someone.but no it got nerfed. so i say i was with you.maybe im a noob too?

I think you're looking at it the wrong way. Most the nerfs that go on are to counteract a ship/tactic that has become so overpowered that it becomes the 'only' way to do something.. whether this is using a specific ship, or the old NOS's, where he who nossed better, won. There wasn't much thinking to do to get around these things, they were just very difficult to get around, which meant everyone just did it the same way... which leads to everyone flying the same ships and using the same fits.. which, imho, would start to get VERY boring. Balance in eve isn't so much to make everyone on an even playing field, but to make it so there are hundreds (thousands?) of different ways to do something. This leads to the unpredictability of eve, and this leads to more 'thinking' than the pre-nerf situation.
