I'm selling yet another newly created corp - this one is called Alpha Technologies.
Overwiev:
It has standings of 7+ towards both Gallente and Minmatar factions. This fact alone means several considerable benefits for the new owner:
 new owner will have widest possible selection of spots for POS anchoring in both Minmatar and Gallente space (as most of you already know, POSes could be only anchored at systems with 0,7 security status maximum, which requires having 7+ standing towards faction), this including many quiet dead-ends with no traffic or local;
there'll be as little competition as possible, as hi-sec corps are usually trained up just to 6+ or even 5+ standing, thus having access only to systems with up to 6.0 or 5.0 security level accordingly;
those concerned by safety of their POSes might find important the fact that the higher system security level is, the fewer of possible aggressors are allowed in;
it's worth mentioning that there's plenty of Gallente systems where you could anchor a POS nearby Jita, with closest one being just 2 jumps away from Jita and a wide assortment of +5 to +7 Gallente systems 3, 4 or more jumps away;
finally, the corp I'm selling is capable of having 100 members with 60 of them being non-minmatar, which is pretty enough not only for alt corp but also for small to medium player corp. This means you could have fully functional corp without wasting a single skillpoint on useless "corporation management" skill tab. Those who intend to have something more could easily update corp with their skills of course.
Of course, there's a free bonus added:
Corp has standings of 8+ towards Duvolle Laboratories, which has medical centres at it's stations, so you'll get ability to create as many jump clones for your alts and your corpmates as you wish. You could even sell jumpclone service to others!
Price:
I've greatly reduced price to increase turnower, so I'm asking just 325 millions for this magnificient corp.
Transfer process:
Transfer is pretty standard. There's only my alt in a corp. You will join your char, pay me accepted sum, then I will resign as CEO, make your char new CEO and leave the corp. Corporation HQ is located in Metropolis, at Hek 8-12, Boundless Creation, so it's there where you should fly to apply for join.

I'd like to mention that my regular customers (those who already bought at least one corp from me) had certain privileges some of my customers already enjoyed, with most important one being that they could have all subsequent corporations created for them with 10% discount.

I just learned some skills in Corporation Management and updated this corp to a maximum capacity of 200 members, making it also a great choice for anyone who planning to run large corp but not too happy to waste months on useless Corporation Management skills :)

It's been awhile due to me creating preordered corp for one of my regular customers, but now I'm happy to announce to all who might be interested that I've added some more flavour to my already perfect corps - from now on they could handle up to 250 members with no racial restrictions and they have access to two NPC corporations with jumpclones. What's more important, the price remains the same

Transaction was completed in a turn-based mode, which is handy when participants have their respective time-zones unconveniently spaced apart, even though it requires little bigger measure of trust from a buyer. Thankfully everything went well and I hope it will be a proof of turn-based mode feasibility.

Selling previous corporation took a bit longer than was planned, so a new one was fully (even exceedingly) trained meanwhile. Actually, it's even better than all my previous corporations was as it's member capacity limit was increased to 500 members of any race.

How will corporation standings be affected once normal members start joining with standings in the 1's or less?
Lastly, would the same service work if you were given the reigns to an already existing 1 man corp to raise (so the Name/ticker can be kept) ?

1. Once characters with real, non-zero standings will be accepted into a corp, corp's standings will start to deteriorate slowly down to an average standings of all corp members with non-zero standings. This is unavoidable, but there's certain workarounds to this issue that can help in most cases depending on what are your plans for this corp.
2. Yes, that's quite possible. I could improve your existing corp or create for you brand new one with a name/ticker of your choice, and such corp will be as perfect as my standard stock.

I have a few questions regarding this, I may be interested in taking up the offer. Will you be available in game 9 hours later from the time of this post (Or more accurately, around 6 P.M. CST)?
My primary concern is that I myself do not have any Gallente standing, I mostly have Amarr but not anywhere close to putting up a POS (I have about 4 something)
Secondary concern is that standing is recalcuated at DT, so would my current corp mates have to put everything up (jump clones, POS's, etc) as quick as we can before that time, or do standings stay the same?
I do have some other questions to ask but Im interested in this at this time, and if your available in game this afternoon, please drop a line

really damn fast!
after dt he convoed me and the deal was made in a few minutes, even with this little interface bug where he couldnŠt made me CEO in the first place. he managed to get rid of and i had my new corp ^^
