I am a perfect money making alt, and have great base to be a Gallente drone pvper. Skill highlights include:
Drone Interfacing V
Heavy Drones V
Scout Drones V
Hull Upgrades V
Gallente Frig, Cruiser, BC & BS IV
Exhumers IV
Refining V
Refinery Efficiency V
Can use Tech mining crystals for Ark, Bistot, Crok, Kernite, Plag & Veld
Base Learning all to 5, Advanced to 4 (except charisma)
Decent production and trading skills

Really this character could stay the way it is as an alt on your account and make money while your main is away, or it coudl be taken forward as either a domi, ishtar pilot and become a real drone expert.
Jane is in a npc corp. Will come with a positive wallet.
She has a hulk and a fll set of +4 implants in 5p-AIP, which is a red alliance station. The hulk has damaged crystals, so can sell or contract it, but its yours if you have/can negotiate station access.
Romula Opus will recieve isk and I will pay the transfer fees.

Still Looking for 3 Bil, know that she is worth it.
3 months to get in a carrier, 5 months to fly it very effectively (fighters, capital armor reppers, jump drive operation V, Jump drive calibration 4, etc,)
