Ask the 20ish group that came in last night and left with 2 or 3 pods (vs our ratting drake and a harpy loss). Which was a fun fight and the only smack delivered was the pre-decloak jump in "lets do it!" and "welcome to IAC space". For those continuously hooked on k:d ratio, IAc is not about this at all. We focus on objectives. For example, during the entirity of the FAT battle (the one where we initially lost the system), our objective was to hold fat for as long as possible, to keep bob and co distracted, long enough for RA and the goons to meet up with us. After a solid month of constantly fighting bob, mc, fix, axe, rise, corm, storm armada, exe, and a dozen other alliances we finally lost fat, we considered it an accomplished mission holding bob in one place for that long while the goons and co smoked them... everywhere else. Numbers mean much less to us (everyone does enjoy a decent killboard), but at the end of the day if our objective is accomplished, then its a win for us, K:D ratio doesn't enter into it. PS, also drunken frig raids don't help the K:D ratio anyways as we like to suicide into anything.
