Would it be better for me to go for the ship itself or the blueprint?
I would like to get a Succubus and Phantasm at some point, if it was to be destroyed later on in the game after I get one, having a blueprint for it, couldn't I just make it again?

The blueprints you can get from them are only BPCs (copies) which only allows you to build 1 ship/blueprint.

to add a second question tot he first, for those that dont know , me included.
whats the difference in price from buying the ship itself, to buying the blueprint and build it, if skills are max?
oh and before you go : depends on the ship!!!!!, I mean average and in %

Sorry, i don't know the answer to that question but last time a checked there was a third option. One where you supply the ship, some tags, and a couple hundred mill isk to get a faction ship.

well, yeah ofcourse thats an option, as long as your working the right agent (or faction to be precise)
I was more curious on the difference in price between a bpc and a ready ship is (with max/good production skills) but yeah sure, lets add the LP version as well, if there is a way to put a price on LP nowadays

The price between BPC and the ship its self is almost nonexsistent. I've seen the BPCs go for as much as the ship. You might be able to find a deal but, I wouldn't count on that too much.

I can't say for sure on any other faction ship, leastwise not right now off the top of my head, however at current market prices a nightmare costs roughly 85-95m to build, give or take. At the region I was in when I checked it was roughly 90-92m but figure +/- 5m variance.
From what I remember, however, the machariel was about the same last April. The prices on minerals have since dropped pretty sharply overall so it's likely closer to 60-70m to build one but I could be mistaken.

if you are getting a faction frigate buy the cheapest BPC you can and build the thing, unless there is a built one for same cost. The difference may not be huge but production cost on a frigate is a matter of a few 100k isk and doesnt take that much m3 in minerals to build.
